EMHA and Ideal/Stelrad are working together to implement the new high efficiency standards required by the April 1 2005 Part L building regulations.

EMHA are responsible for 8,000 properties across the East Midlands and carry out 200 plus heating upgrades annually with new developments in the pipeline. They were looking for a partner who could offer high quality SEDBUK A products backed up by design and technical expertise and choose Ideal for their renewal programme using Isar combis and Icos system boilers.

The installations are carried out in conjunction with Ideal installer premier partners Tomlinsons of Nottingham under the umbrella of Connaughts and other major project management providers.
