High efficiency condensing boilers will, under certain conditions such as cold day, produce water vapour at the flue terminal. this may occasionally drip from the terminal (This is a perfectly normal condition).
If water is running from the terminal then the flue is installed incorrectly, as condensate in the flue should run back to the boiler to be disposed of by the condensate pipe. -contact installer
