Locate filling loop. This filling loop is integral to the boiler and is situated between the cold water isolation valve and central heating return isolation valve(2 black levers). This may have being left disconnected by the installer

| Ensure connected at both ends. If filling loop not connected at both ends - Contact installer | |
| Switch off boiler | |
| Check to make sure all bleed valves are closed on radiators | |
| Slowly open lever on the filling loop. During filling water noise can be heard. | |

Close lever when pressure gauge dial reads 1 bar Boiler needs minimum pressure of 1bar to operate. |
