Attempt reset and open hot water tap. Does boiler fire on demand 'd'? If not check gas supply |
If gas is OK Check Condense pipe may be blocked, a gurgling noise will be heard as the boiler attempts to light - Contact installer If no gurgling noise at boiler during ignition attempt and gas is OK, would require engineer visit.
