What's showing on the boiler display? If showing L Code or H code go to the relevant
Is the noise coming from the boiler, or some other part of the system? Beware when asking this as noise can transmit around the system

Is it a gurgling noise?

  • Yes - Its a condense problem. Contact Installer.
  • No - Engineer visit required.

System

Is it a banging / vibrating noise? this can be the TRV's creating noise due to water traveling in the wrong direction. To test try opening and closing all TRV's
