Isar : No DHW CH OK

Boiler is in standby mode, open tap to call into hot water mode.

If boiler fails to go to

Determine if water is flowing from all hot taps.

If no water from any hot tap check 1 cold tap to confirm cold water supply.If cold is OK, check (if possible) cold water isolation valve on cold inlet is open (slot in valve should be in line with pipe). User / Installer to rectify.

If certain taps provide hot water but not others, contact installer as they have an internal pipe work / tap problem.

Boiler is failing to go to d with water flow - Engineer visit required

Check that display is showing d

If water is only lukewarm, ensure DHW control knob is set to maximum.

If water still lukewarm explain flow rate. If flow rate is OK check cold inlet pipe is cold if warm pipes are crossed - installer to rectify.

If water still lukewarm Engineer visit required.

If ‘t’ is continuous first check dripping taps, if OK engineer visit required
